TRAINING REGISTRATION

To confirm your space in the training and process payment, please email Caroline Owen at wavelengths@gmail.com. If you do not obtain a reply within 48 hours, please contact Caroline by phone in case the email did not make it to her inbox.

Payment can be made by PayPal (a 3% handling fee applies) or by eTransfer to Caroline’s email address. *Spaces are limited to ensure comfort and a more personalized learning experience.

Cancellation policy:

If cancelling more than 30 days from the first day of the training, a 50% refund applies.
No refunds are available if cancelling within 30 days of the training.
Participants who miss the training without notice will not be reimbursed.
A full refund will be offered if the training is cancelled by the facilitators.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Journal or notebook
  • Pen / pencil
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Yoga mat, bolster, pillow, blocks, blanket

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a yoga training, there will be a considerable amount of sitting involved during the lecture portions of the material. We encourage you to bring whatever supports you require to ensure your physical comfort during the training. There will be opportunity for practice, experiential learning, movement, stretching or shifting to chairs in order to provide variety.

ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES
This training will strive to maintain a scent-free environment as much as possible, including essential oils, out of respect for a student with multiple chemical sensitivities.

The Atlantica Hotel is located a short distance away from the university. There is also the HI Halifax Heritage House hostel and Halifax Backpackers hostels for more budget-friendly options. AirBnB Halifax listings are available here. Please note that there are no on-campus accommodations available mid-semester when the training takes place.
